Uniform
School uniform is a navy blue sweatshirt or cardigan with a school logo and grey trousers of skirt. ‘T’ shirts are available for PE. Gingham dresses in navy can be worn by the girls in summer. We feel that a school uniform helps the children to be neat and tidy and encourages them to take a pride in their school. At the same time we believe that children should be comfortable and suitable dresses for school.
Our uniform caters for this and we expect all children to wear it.

These can all be purchased from the school office. All children need to have a book bag – also available from the office. A second hand uniform ‘shop’ operates in the school.
Each child needs a white school ‘T’ shirt, blue/black shorts and plimsolls/trainers. All items should be contained in a bag and names; we have PE bags also in school. KS2 children will need a tracksuit for the winter months. PE kits must be in school every day.
ANY ITEMS OF CLOTHING WHICH THE CHILDREN ARE LIKELY TO REMOVE SHOULD BE CLEARLY NAMED.
Two lost property bins are kept in school – one in the first aid area and one upstairs.
As a safety measure we advise children not to wear jewellery. If your child has pierced ears only studs may be worn.
Children are also invited to bring a water bottle to school every day.
